We discuss each of our client’s requirements when building a bag. We commonly use 8mm foam with a combination of materials including Astro Nylons and PVC or PU-backed nylon. Our sailmaking experience ensures that our bags are held together with the strongest stitching and webbing, plus we use the finest zips from YKK. If your bags face a hazardous environment then we have experience building bags with Proban fire retardant fabric.
